Woodlands Medical Centre is a General Practice in Ely, Cardiff. We provide a service to Ely, Careau, St Fagans and Wenvoe. The practice has 12 Doctors and 4 nursing staff. We also provide phlebotomy, health visitor, ante-natal, midwifery and counselling via NHS staff.

We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm
We do not open on Bank Holidays.

We are delighted to announce that Woodlands Medical Centre are a Research Active Practice. We are a member of the Primary Care Research Incentive Scheme (PiCRIS). This scheme supports GP practices across Wales in developing high quality research within the primary care sector.

Woodlands is also a teaching practice. All doctors participate in teaching of medical students. Students sit in with doctors to learn about caring for patients in General Practice. Please let reception know if you do not wish a student to be present during your consultation.
