Complaints / Suggestions

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.  However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably as possible.

To pursue a complaint or provide a suggestion, please contact the practice manager by telephone on 02920 59 1444 or by email to: practice.manager.w97023@wales.nhs.uk who will deal with your concerns appropriately.

Should you not want to raise your complaint with us, are dissatisfied with the result of any response you have received from us or wish to complain about services you have received elsewhere within the NHS, please visit the following website Complaints - Cardiff and Vale University Health Board for help and guidance.  You can also email the team at Cav.Concerns@wales.nhs.uk or call them on 02921 836318.

Alternatively, you can contact LLAIS - Your Voice in Health and Social Care.  They are a national, independent body set up to give people of Wales a say in their health and social care services.
