If you would like to book, check or cancel a GP appointment, you can now do this online using our online booking service, My Health Online.
You can also use the service to order your repeat prescriptions. Please note that if you are ordering a repeat prescription item, you should do so within 28 days of your last prescription for that item (otherwise the system will not display that item on the list). If there is an item you want that is not showing on the order list, then please use the free text box to request that item.

Before you can create a My Health Online account, you will need to complete a form to request an account and present some identification, preferably photo ID (eg. driving licence or passport) and will need to provide us with your email address. We will provide you with a registration letter that will contain the following information.
The Request Form is available for download below, along with a User Guide and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document.
Once you have this
information, you can create your account using the following link,

Please note that, as a parent/guardian, you can register children below the age of 12 for the service. Once a child is 12, we will require the child's permission for the parent/guardian to register them on their behalf. Once a child is over the age of 16, they will need to register in their own name.
If a family wishes to use a single email address for all members of the family, it will mean that you will not be able to use the 'forgotten password' function, if you forget one of the passwords or usernames (as each member of the family will have their own account) you will have to re-register that account.
